My Policies


Please note:

Your satisfaction is very important to me and I make sure I do everything I can to ensure you are happy with your service(s). In the event you are not completely satisfied please let me know at time of your appointment or reach out to me within 48 hours of services recieved. 

Refunds

All services are non-refundable but I would be happy to work with you and schedule a corrective service free of charge if something wasn't done to your satisfaction. Please understand if you simply changed  your mind, a "redo" free of charge is not an option. If you are not using proper hair care at home or using counterfeit hair products I cannot guarantee your color service.

Returns

If you aren't satisfied with any retail product you purchased I am happy to exchange for a new product within 14 days of purchase

Cancellations

Life happens. I get it. 

I kindly ask for AT LEAST 12 hour notice for cancellations OR changes to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel in less than 12 hours you may be charged 50% of your services booked. Repeat offenders must pay for future service at time of booking or may not be able to re-book appointments in advance. PLEASE, please respect my time, as well as my other guests who may be on my cancellation list.

If for some unforseen reason I need to cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice I will  discount your service 20% at your next appointment for your inconvenience

IF YOU ARE SICK- PLEASE RESCHEDULE!

IF LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE, YOUR 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU COME IN SICK, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND SEND YOU HOME.

THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF MYSELF, MY FAMILY, CO-WORKERS AND CLIENTELE ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME

No Show

There are SO many ways to get in contact with me. If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment and there was no call, text, email or message from you, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. All future bookings will be required to have a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your appointment

Late

I respect your time and I ask that you please be courteous to myself and my other clients in my schedule and respect ours. If you are late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your services in order to still finish on time. If you are 15 or more minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment
